These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Field & Coast Logistics.

 

Services

 

Field & Coast Logistics provides transport, collection and delivery services primarily for engineering, manufacturing, marine and trade businesses.

 

All services are subject to availability.

 

Quotations

 

All quotations are provided in good faith based on the information supplied by the customer.

 

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

 

Customer Responsibilities

 

Customers are responsible for:

 

- Providing accurate collection and delivery details

- Ensuring goods are securely packaged where appropriate

- Informing us of any unusual, oversized or restricted items

- Ensuring goods are available for collection at the agreed time

 

Delivery

 

While we always aim to deliver within agreed timescales, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including traffic, road closures, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

 

Liability

 

We take reasonable care in handling goods during transport.

 

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Payment

 

Payment terms will be agreed before work is undertaken.

 

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the agreed payment period.

 

Cancellation

 

If work is cancelled after scheduling or dispatch has begun, cancellation charges may apply.

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
